TOMACADO
Founded in 2015, Tomacado Floriculture Kitchen is a complex space integrating catering, floriculture, and life aesthetics courses. The restaurant focuses on creative western cuisine with the underlying food design concept of "health, beauty, and delicacies". It is the longing desire for the restaurant to nourish the busy people in the city through delicious food and fresh flowers and bring them physical and mental relaxation and enjoyment, which make it become a space for "sharing beauty, love, and happiness".
With the light as the pen, with the shadow as the ink, send feelings in the scene, feel in the heart", with the light to simulate the natural light irradiation way, to create a dream of the tree shadow dancing space.
Under Tomacado's brand concept, we set the illumination design theme as "natural light and shadows".By using light as pens, using shadows as inks, expressing feelings in depicting the scene, and having some perceptions in mind, we create a dream space with the dancing tree shadows by simulating the irradiation way of the natural light with the lamp lights.

针对Tomacado的品牌理念，我们将“自然光影”作为照明设计的主题。“以光为笔，以影为墨，寄情于景，感悟于心”，用灯光模拟自然光的照射方式，打造出树影婆娑的梦幻空间。

Located in the CBD of Beijing's swanky China World shopping mall, the indoor steel bars, and cement are like the power and wealth in life, which has been eroding and filling all the aspects of the common people. Compared with antique wood and fresh flowers, all these metal and broken cement materials are so vulnerable!

The boundary between the real scene and the virtual scene in the space has been blurred by building up of mirror and the light and the shadow on the coverage of green plants. The mirror reflects the surrounding environment. Both the light and shadow of the top steel mesh and green plants are cast onto the walls to form the dancing tree shadows .In this melting of reality with virtuality , the lush growth form of plants has been copied Space has embodied a kind of infinite stretch of life power.

Lights penetrating” the metal holes to create “shadows”, which are interwoven through each space of Tomacado Floriculture Kitchen .The integration of virtuality and reality has established the magic floriculture kitchen.

The sense of returning to nature has been embodied in the design of this tranquil and strong space. It is a quiet jungle, a secret garden where people can temporarily forget the pressure brought by urban life for the time being, have a quiet time for leisures and enjoy feeling the power of plants.
